Warranty Information All Auka Industrial products are covered by one year warranty from the date of purchase through Auka Industrial Limited unless otherwise stated. All other products will be covered by their manufacturer's respective warranty. Service center locations will be provided in the warranty information packaged with the unit. Return / Exchange Policy Auka Industrial Limited provides 1-year limited warranty for all of its products. Products can be serviced and/or repaired at a fee after the warranty period. Please contact our sales representative before you ship the RMA products. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and well packaged. Please send email to rma@aukao.com or fax the air waybill to (86)595-22189583 as soon as you ship the RMA products. Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or replacement / repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.
